How to Register

All registration is to be done online. Student Worksheet is for class room purposes only. Judges Forms ARE to be printed from website. To register online, see below: Each school must select a Registration Coordinator who will act as a primary contact person should questions arise during the registration process.

1. School

First, the Registration Coordinator from each school should fill out the “School Registration”, filling in all the required fields and submitting.

2. Individual Student

Each student must be registered as well. The Registration Coordinator must do this for the student. Please check all the appropriate boxes for each event the student will be participating in. Additions, subtractions, or other changes may be made after a form has been submitted. To do so, the entire form may be resubmitted or changes may be sent via email to joekirby@coasthillsbaptist.org.

3. Group Events

Then, the Registration Coordinator from each school should fill out the “Group Events” form. This form allows us to know which students are competing in which group events and helps judging and awarding to run more smoothly. If your school is participating in more group events than there are fields, you may submit the form more than once.

4. Submit Creative Composition Files

Finally, if your students are competing in Creative Composition, all entries must by submitted through the website by uploading the files as a PDF document. More instructions can be found on the ‘Uploads’ page.

5. Reserve Your Hotel (if needed)

If your school requires hotel accommodations, we suggest that you use the Comfort Inn and Suites. We have secured a special rate, they have been very flexible with us, and BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. Please reserve your accommodations with them directly.
